Overturn the recent revisions to the smoking ordinance in Petaluma, California as approved by city council on 01/07/13

Created by S.H. on January 08, 2013

While I agree that second hand smoke is bad for public health, I feel that city council has overstepped in including electronic cigarettes and also by trying to control what LEGAL things people do inside their own residence and on their own personal property.
I think the changes should be overturned and we should start from scratch to come up with a more reasonable amendment to the local smoking ordinance to protect the population from second hand tobacco smoke.
