The United States of America upholds that everyone has a right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness, but the decision by the Supreme Court in Roe v. Wade is directly opposed to this Belief. Given that a living unborn human embryo or fetus cannot develop into anything other than a human who has God-given rights to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness, said embryo or fetus must also be endowed with those same inalienable rights from conception until natural death.
