Overturn section 1021 and section 1022 of the National Defense Authorization Act of fiscal year 2012.

Dear President Obama,
I feel that you have betrayed the american people, and your Oath of office of the President of the United States stating you must "swear (or affirm) that I will...preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." You Mr. Obama, have broken your oath to defend our constitution by signing the NDAA of fiscal year 2012, and signing sections 1021 and 1022 of this constitution attacking legislation into law. Why Mr. Obama, do you and the house attack the document that brave Americans of our past fought and bleed to uphold. I understand that the house has been rather uncooperative during your first term, but a difference lies between cooperation, and selling out, and you Mr. President have sold the american citizenry out. I must ask, how could you?
