In September 2010, a young girl was removed from her mother & step-father by the Tennessee Department of Children's Services and placed with her biological grandmother. Against policy, the location of the child was revealed to a couple in Lewisburg, TN who have been manipulating the system since the day she was born to take her for themselves. This couple filed an injunction against the grandmother having the child &, using their relationship with DCS and the then Mashall County General Sessions Judge, submitted fabricated documents, false statements &.made a medical diagnosis without a medical degree in a one-sided hearing that gave family members present, including the grandmother, no opportunity to retain or have counsel present. Please help to get this child returned to her family.
