This ruling was not a victory for religious liberty but rather a discriminatory ruling against women and their right to affordable and safe health care. Studies show that women use birth control to assist with other medical issues such as ovarian cysts an hormone imbalance more so than as a contraceptive, or as the Greens' believe, "a form of abortion". By allowing this ruling to take precedent, corporations have (and will continue to manipulate) more legal rights and freedom of religion than the human rights of women who need access to affordable and safe health care and freedom from religion. Give women back the human right to choose what it best for their own body and hold corporations accountable for inequality and discrimination against women and non-christians.
