Any American citizen that has read the Constitution can clearly see that the "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act" violates the 10th Amendment, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." The Constitution does not give the federal government the right to provide these kinds of services to people - therefore it is unconstitutional.
