Overturn Supreme Court ruling SNYDER v PHELPS ET AL No. 09–751. Argued October6, 2010-Decided March 2, 2011.

Created by R.B. on April 18, 2013

In the Supreme Court decision regarding Snyder v. Phelps et.al, the Supreme Court has given the Westboro Baptist Church the right to infringe citizens of the United States of freedom of expression. When a family mourns the loss of a loved one, who has made the ultimate sacrifice, they have the right to mourn their loss, without the hate being spewed upon them and their lost loved one.

The Westboro Baptist Church and groups that practice the same horrific tactics need to be recognized for what they are, HATE GROUPS, and treated as such.

Protesters need specific guidelines to follow, such as, protests at public funerals must be no closer then 1/4 mile in any direction. Signs must be limited to 2'x2', and must not be in any way, offensive.
