Overturn the U.S. Justice Dept. settlement with HSBC, and prosecute HSBC executives to the full extent of the law.

Created by A.B. on March 12, 2013

The U.S. Justice Dept.'s settlement with HSBC for 1.92 billion is a slap on the wrist for a large financial institution such as this.

HSBC's flagrant disregard for the law, and history of aiding criminal gangs and America's enemies cannot be tolerated.

When we allow a crime as large as this to be settled with a fine, we send the message to other would-be criminal bankers that they go ahead and break the law and the worst case scenario no matter how many laws they break is that the company will be fined.

If this disgusts you as much as it does me, please sign this petition and let the white house know that we won't stand for our financial institutions laundering money for criminal gangs and terror organizations.
