Overturn "The U.S.A. Patriot Act of 2001" and return the U.S. Constitution.

This government once labelled Nelson Mandela a "terrorist". Please tell me again why I should trust their unquestioned labels of who a "terrorist" is today? If Mandela had been a "freedom fighter" after 9/11 he would have been captured and took to Guantanamo Bay and not allowed visitors or legal council due to the Patriot Act. We need to overturn the "Patriot" Act and return the U.S. Constitution and the right to legal council that existed from the Magma Carta until 9/11. We are suppose to be a shining example of freedom in the world but we allowed "terrorism" to win by allowing fear to change our constitution. Be as brave as the founders and realize "Those who sacrifice liberty for security deserve neither." as Ben Franklin said. Pleas help restore American Democracy. Thank You.
