Joseph J. Gentile Jr. was wrongfully convicted of crime he did not commit. He asked her to leave his home with her belongings and she refused so Mr. Gentile Jr. called the police to remove her. When she left his home there was no markings on her. His ex-girlfrieng cried rape and that he burned her with a ciggerette, when he broke up with her 7 days later.Mr. Gentile was sentenced to 18 years. He has been locked up for 8 years for something he did not do. She has testified to the fact that she lied at his trial, 6 months after his arrest so that she would escape pergury charges. Also there are telephone recordings held by NYC Dept. with her admitting how sorry she was for setting him up. The federal justice department is now investigating this case. The docket number is 201-02-991.
