The OWI laws in enforce today make it completely impossible to have a job or career after your second OWI as it will remain on your record for life, that means even after 20 years if you get another its your 3rd offense, so even if you have an excellent driveing record for 20 years, they will treat that offense as a 3rd. Its NOT RIGHT!
