Corporate tax inversions are an important issue facing America today. Why should companies that create value by using American employees, infrastructure, customers, and shareholder capital be able to incorporate themselves in another country to avoid paying taxes.
Though this is unfair and unjust, corporations in America also face a tough situation. American corporate tax policy is confusing and all over the place. Not only is it the highest corporate tax in the world, it also contains thousands of loopholes.
We the People stand for a cut in this loophole as well as a push to make America more business friendly through a tax cut and to encourage job growth and revenue increase while still holding corporations accountable. I am a student who wants change, not a lobbyist. Thank you.
