By painting the moon to look like the popular cartoon character 'Circle', we can create jobs and help the country by giving us some needed surveillance and protection. With Circle watching us from the stars, nobody will want to harm us.
I believe with the amount of man power, paint and space shuttles it would take to compete this mission, thousands of new jobs would open in many departments; giving Americans more options in this terrible job market.
If we don't act soon, I believe other countries will paint their favorite cartoon characters on the moon before us, and it's our duty as a nation to be the first, and to be the best.
