I am an individual petitioner and want to say that pakistan is giving chance to terrorist to grow and it desperatly wants them to enter in india for the massacre. Every country and every person in the world knows that only pakistan is sponsering and responsible for terrorism. So pakistan must be declared a terrorist country.
