reason are many ,but look at few below points.
because people of pakistan are not well educated, poor .so they choose wrong direction and become terrorist. Taliban , daud ibrahim and laden also live there and they all support terrorist activity. They always said "kashmir hmara hai , aur hum use pakr rhenge" this is totally unfair with india as you also know that. thts why MODI JI says" na dhudh denge na kheer denge , kashmir mangoge toh cheer denge". JAI HIND , BHARAT MATA KI JAI.
