palm reading guns

we should have palm reading guns that use the same technology as a finger print scanner to only let certain people use the gun to stop others from stealing guns and using them against others. this type of gun would protect peoples right to bear arms as well as to protect other peoples right to live. so that if you had a mental person living with you, you could still have a gun that would not let them shoot it or anybody else to shoot it. also keep the background checks in place so that no former criminal or mental person could use the gun. all modern guns should be made this way, we already have the technology so why not use it for safety too.
