In 2008, if you purchased a new home and decided to accept the $7,500 tax credit then your were required to start making payments of $500 or more in the previous years.
But! 2009 and subsequent First Time home buyers did not have to replay their tax credits. They were exempt.
Let's all stand up and take to this cause. Google the terms and you see 100's of petitions already signed. Lobbying your local congressmen is no help. This is a Presidential matter!
