Cadets at the United States Military Academy who have been disciplined are forced to march hours on weekends. General Officers and the President have the power to pardon cadets of marching tours.
This petition seeks to pardon all offenses comitted prior to September 1, 2013 in order to give cadets at West Point their lives back.
