Pardon all convicted marijuana offenders, incarcerated or on probation, and to expunge related criminal history.

Created by B.S. on February 22, 2015

Bill Clinton, Newt Gingrich, Al Gore, Rick Santorum, John Kerry, and Sarah Palin have all confessed to marijuana use.

Obama should acknowledge that putting people in jail for non-violent drug offenses was a giant mistake. He should use the power of the presidential pardon and free them all.

According to the FBI, an arrest for a pot smoker happens every 42 seconds. In 2011, over 750,000 Americans were arrested for marijuana. Our tax dollars, which pay for our law enforcement, are being used to punish people who should not be punished.

Prohibition has failed miserably (like it did in the 1920s and 1930s), as 25 million Americans and growing now use marijuana.

When it comes to arrests for marijuana usage, a black person is four times more likely to be arrested, compared to white.
