Since the FBI has said Hillary Clinton didn't mean to break the law there will be no charges, then by their reasoning every drunk driver who killed someone and is serving time should be fully pardoned because they didn't mean to kill that person. Obama, must pardon every one of them or he proves himself a hypocrite and proves that Hillary gets special treatment. The FBI has set the standard that you are only guilty of a crime if you intended to commit that crime. So every drunk driver who didn't mean to kill someone must immediately be released from prison to prove that this government is not corrupt.
