Pardon all ex felons who have cleaned up their lives, improved their lives and kept out of trouble

Many people should not of went to prison but have and have kept their lives clean since getting out. They have done their best to improve their lives but can't get ahead because they are a ex-felon. Our Drug War Laws have been use unfairly by some of our police because it pays them for the arrest but not for the conviction. Innocent people that could not afford to fight the arrest in court have beeb convicted and unfairly imprisioned. Because they are not dangeous people, they only serve part of their time and all returned into society as ex-elons to rebuild their lives. Many can't and return to crime but their are many that have tried to improve and rebuild their lives. If they get a 10 year sentence, serve 2 abd keep their life clean for the remaining 8 years then they should get pardons
