PARDON all federal inmates convicted of Marijuana charges ONLY - non-violent offenders ONLY

Created by S.C. on September 25, 2011

The Obama Administration has the authority to grant a full pardon to those convicted of marijuana-related charges only (conspiracy, possession, et cetera). This does NOT include violent offenders nor those convicted of weapons charges, but marijuana-only. The Bureau of Prisons is far too overloaded and burdened with drug offenders, but marijuana needs to be less strictly prosecuted. To this end, the Obama Administration needs to show compassion to those who have paid dearly doing the time they already have done while simultaneously looking into moving marijuana prohibition into a congressional discussion.
