Pardon all federal prisoners incarcerated for non-violent marijuana offenses.

Created by D.D. on December 28, 2012

There are currently 19,258 federal prisoners incarcerated for nonviolent drug offenses related to marijuana offenses. Keeping them imprisoned and subject to having a criminal record is a waste of our tax dollars, prison resources, and of human lives. President Obama has issued less pardons and commutations than any president in the past 140 years (!). Change that with one stroke of his pen.
