Dear Mr Obama : As president of the "Choom gang" in college (who's sole principal was to smoke weed) you of all people should end this insane policy of war on drugs. Do the right thing...and "PARDON" all non violent people in prison. Certainly, at least the marijuana offenders. If you wait till the last day in office...we'll understand. JUST DO IT! Thus ensuring a Legacy that will endeavor to last more than any other thing you've done. Including health care. How many thousands of Americans are in prison for choosing to ingest a substance of their own free will or simply connect like minded individuals? How is this any different than Alcohol ? It's not!
