Please pardon all non-violent felons after serving their debt to society whether by probation, prison, home monitoring devices. These people will be able to get out and get jobs to help stimulate the economy. With a felony on the record it is almost impossible to get a decent job. Should the felon strike again after being Pardon then the law applies a stiffer punishment for that individual.
