During his college days, President Obama was also the president of "The Choom Gang." This was an organization who's only principle was to smoke marijuana.Everyone knows, alcohol prohibition did not work, and neither does the "war on drugs." So why should anyone be in prison for injesting a substance (marijuana) of their own free will. It is not logical or beneficial.Therefore the President should "Pardon" anyone in jail for marijuana related offences.
