Pardon all people convicted or charged with marijuana related offenses in any state that has voted for legalizing It.

Created by B.S. on July 30, 2014

All states that have voted to legalize Marijuana should be exempt from the federal laws against Marijuana. The outdated federal laws don't take into account the medical uses of marijuana. The reason it was initially brought to this country was for pain relief. The states that have voted to legalize medical marijuana have shown that it can be regulated by the state government and better controlled than by keeping it as a crime on the federal level but regulated on the state level.
