Many people are jailed for non violent crimes such as stealing or writing bad checks and then they become felons. We should give all of these non violent people a pardon to take away the felon. Non violent crimes should be made a misdemeanor and let the jails open to the ones who commit the morst violent crimes like murder and rape. If you agree please sign my petition.
