pardon to all those who were involved in the CIA torture program to ensure our government never tortures again.

The CIA determined many years ago that torture was ineffective. Just because the United States was attacked on 9/11 does not give our officials the right to disregard our regulations and morals. We need to insure that this never happens again.
"Pardons would make clear that crimes were committed; that the individuals who authorized and committed torture were indeed criminals; and that future architects and perpetrators of torture should beware," stated Anthony D. Romero, American Civil Liberties Union executive director.
