To pardon all United States citizens that have been convicted of a felony drug charge while under 21

I believe that there are to many of our citizens that have made a mistake of experimenting with drugs and are now suffering the consequences. The people of this country that are convicted of a felony drug charge are now and forever to be held back for a mistake of making the wrong choices. Lets look at who this effects a young man awaiting deployment for the armed forces, a high school student who aspires to graduate from a university, a child who wants to work with law enforcement, one who aspires to be a teacher but is held back, and a struggling parent that can't work a job which could send there child to college. Lets make a change for this country.
