We request that President Obama use his Presidential Powers to pardon and commute sentences for thousands of non-violent prisoners of the "War on Drugs" and mandatory minimum sentencing laws that have all of our nation's prisons overcrowded with citizens who could be working and paying taxes.
Prohibition is questionable in it's constitutionality when it results in unjust imprisonment of thousands of otherwise law abiding citizens.
America imprisons more of it's Citizens than any other civilized Country in the world.
