To pardon and free from federal prison Leonard Peltier

Leonard Peltier is an native American rights activist who is incarcerated in federal prison. In 1977 he was convicted and sentenced to two consecutive terms of life imprisonment for first degree murder in the shooting of two Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents during a 1975 conflict on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. However His trial was rife with various problems such as manufacturing of evidence by the FBI, the coercing of witness by the FBI, the extradition of Peltier from Canada by the FBI based on coerced statements, among various other issues. We believe that Pelitier was wrongly convicted and should be pardoned
