Mary Musselman was charged with breaking the law of feeding wildlife and has been sentenced to jail time which is outrageous for an 81 year old woman who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease and Severe Dementia. The judge refuses to accept the diagnosis and her mental ill state of mind that she is just a sweet old lady trying to not break the law, but help poor animals who are hungry. In her mind, she is doing something sweet and kind and is innocently only breaking the law out of not just to disobey, but to be kind to people and animals. The judge however is incompetent and we believe is taking a bribe or using her to make an example. This is retarded because she done NOTHING wrong! I move that she be free and pardoned, and her record cleared of all charges in this petition.
