Pardon and immediately free Chelsea Manning from prison. She is a hero for leaking a video of military misconduct.

Chelsea Elizabeth Manning is a United States Army soldier who was convicted in July 2013 of violations of the Espionage Act and other offenses, after releasing the largest set of classified documents ever leaked to the public. She released a covered up video of misconduct in the military to wikileaks, and because of that act of heroism she is now in prison and has been put into solitary for months on end and has been rumored to have been tortured by the military. She never had a fair trial. All she was afforded was a military tribunal.
