Pardon for a man who has paid his debt to society. He has done 22 years on a 25 year sentence. He went back on a technicality, being pulled over by the police who were looking for someone else. The officer smelled alcohol on Andrew's breath, which they even said was not "very drunk at all". Because he was out on parole since March 4, 2014, he was arrested. Long story short, he has been locked up for this for well over a year. Sentenced to 6 years. He came up for parole in August 2015, denied January 4, 2016. Won't come up again until December 2017. I believe this is more harsh than some rapist and murderers. He has harmed anyone but himself. Please sign this so that President Obama will give consideration to and pardon Andrew. He truly is a wonderful person.
