Assata Shakur is a political activist not a terrorist. Those who unleashed attacked dogs on peaceful demonstrators; who used their authorities to protect KKK- Klansmen, rapes, lynches, Jim Crow, Separate but equal, and other racists policies & practices were and are the domestic terrorists. Assata Shakur and her likes were only reactionists to then lawful and unlawful hates, oppressions, and racisms. Our government has since condemn and abolished (de jure) those same practices & policies. Further, not one bit of forensic evidence supported the conviction of Ms. Shakur, and she was denied a fair and impartial trial. She is well respected by many Americans.
