Pardon Barry Beach in Montana.

Created by D.N. on June 11, 2014

Barry Beach was tried and convicted 30 years ago for murder. There was a confession that he has maintained was coerced 3 years after the murder. There was no evidence what so ever to link Barry to the crime. Dateline has had 3 separate episodes regarding this case. There was a Montana judge that had set him free for 18 months. He was then returned to prison. This man has many supporters the Montana Governor has sent a letter recommending clemency. In Montana the governor can't pardon a prisoner. Please help us set Barry Beach free.
