Barry Beach was tried and convicted 30 years ago for murder. There was a confession that he has maintained was coerced 3 years after the murder. He was then returned to prison. This man has many supporters the Montana Governor has sent a letter recommending clemency. In Montana the governor can't pardon a prisoner.
