Private first Class Bradley Manning was wrongfully convicted in a Kangaroo Court recently; and by signing this Petition you agree that this injustice should be undone.
We are demanding that the President Pardon or commute Manning’s sentence to time served based on the following undisputed Facts.
1. The Information Leaked by Manning has not harmed anyone
2. Bradley Manning exposed War Crimes that have yet to be prosecuted
3. Manning Attempted to report the crimes, that he was legally obligated to report through the chain of command with no success
4. Bradley Manning’s superiors had no interest in Manning’s concerns and attempted to cover them up. Which turns out is also a War Crime.
