Request that President Obama exercise his power under Article II, Section 2, clause 1 of the Constitution and pardon United States Army Private First Class Bradley E. Manning of his pending court martial, or in the alternative, commute Bradley E. Manning’s sentence in the event that the court finds in the governments favor and Bradley E. Manning is sentenced beyond time already served.
