President Obama stated, in 2009, that Bush & Cheney and their staff WILL NOT be prosecuted for acts of torture or Geneva Convention Treaty violations they authorized in office. But, now, the Senate's CIA Report (12/9/2014,) shows the CIA guilty of crimes: torture, lying to Congress, destroying evidence. VP Cheney admits he & Pres. Bush ordered the CIA program -- and says he would again! We can't ignore these crimes. Our national integrity is at stake. President Obama's Power of the Pardon can clear this blot on our country's name: By issuing full pardons to both Bush & Cheney, he will make it clear that we, as a nation, disavow a rule of torture, secret prisons and deceit. This draws a line in history that's definite: The U.S.A. will never again use torture.
