I ask the Obama Administration to issue a full pardon to Chelsea Manning. Chelsea Manning has shown that an open government is important. Liberty is our biggest fundamental value in this society, The United States Government has been hiding secrets for a long time. The USA Patriot Act is unlawful and prevents it's citizens from knowing information. This is wrong.
