President Obama should pardon Chris Williams from federal prosecution, since everything he did was not only legally compliant with but legally sanctioned by the law, law enforcement, and politicians of the state of Montana.
The Obama administration should unilaterally condemn the Department of Justice for wasting its resources on prosecuting state-legal Medical Marijuana operations, and fully support legislation to leave the issue of Marijuana's legality to the states.
