Pardon a common Citizen Timothy J. Martinez who made a mistake

Timothy J. Martinez made mistake of getting addicted to porn. Timothy is financially poor and due to politics in our local police and sheriffs department was given the option to plead guilty for 6 years or risk 20 plus years for downloading porn and child porn through a file sharing site. Timothy for his first offense should of at-least been able to go to rehab and probation. He did not hurt anyone but himself and his family financially. I would be thankful to our government if Timothy J Martinez be pardon and put on probation and rehab so he can continue to productive citizen and provide for his family and children. I doubt he has a prayer in chance at get a pardon since he is poor and is Hispanic. If this government can pardon the rich how about giving this poor man a second chance
