PARDON CONVICTED FELONS WHO HAVE BEEN FREE FROM CRIME OVER 10 YEARS

Created by S.C. on September 25, 2011

The government should be more liberal when it comes to convicted felons and their ability to hold certain jobs, asking questions on applications, forbidding licensing for certain positions and allowing convicted felons the ability to be free from discrimination based on their past. If, after 10 years, there has been no further criminal activity, convicted felons should be allowed the right to have their record made non-public. Even the government does not allow convicted felons to get certain designations within their system.
