"As a retired Corrections Officer I will tell you sending him to prison is the worst thing they could do. The system is over populated as it is. They screwed up, he was not convicted of murder, its been 13 years....let it go.
Here is why.
A) You will leave his family without a major source of income
B) You will leave his kids without their father (and there is enough of that already)
C) Now you have a broke family with kids without the father and what does that breed a lot of???? Yep, more crime.
D) Most importantly as some of the writers have already said. Prison is about rehabilitation which obviously he has shown to have been. Stop wasting the taxpayers money and release him immediately."
