Cornealious Anderson proved himself to be a model citizen in the 13 years that the Department of Corrections neglected to incarcerate him for armed robbery (a BB gun), through no fault of his . He has been a model tax payer, married father of a 3 year old child and a business man. He followed the instructions of the court . Mr. Anderson has done a much better job of rehabilitating himself than prison could ever do. He should be credited time served as he followed DOC orders and did not run, yet stayed in the same area and waited instructions that never came.
