Recently on the television program Meet the Press, host David Gregory apparently violated D.C. Code §7-2506.1(b) banning the possession of high capacity magazines. We the undersigned believe that such a prosecution would be unjust in that this law violates the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution and ask that Mr. Gregory be pardoned, as well as any other person unjustly convicted under these laws.
