I am a Cuban refugee and I am deported since 1999 for a felony committed in 1997 before the April law came into effect, I was arrested in March before the law officially came into effect. therefore I would love to have a chance to stay in the United States due to the fact that I have children born in the United States of America. I haver being out of trouble since 2001 when I was released from jail.
I have being placed into an order of supervision ever since without any problem, I had been working also had my G.E.D, and did not finished but started the University.
