We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Pardon Dinesh D'Souza

Created by M.B. on November 10, 2016

Mr.. D'Souza is an author and film maker who was convicted of making $20,000 in illegal campaign contributions to the New York Senate campaign of Wendy Long. His prosecution and disproportionately sever sentence are widely seen as political retribution for his political views. Having spent 8 months in a half way houses Mr. D'Souza has more than paid for his mistakes and is still being harassed by a politically motivated Judge Berman. In the name of preventing the silencing of political speech in the future Mr. D'Souza should be pardoned.
